Yes, you can trust this vendor. The service was great. I made a mistake when ordering and luckily the seller was very accommodating and quickly changed my order. The doll arrived in great condition and it was this seller who pointed out to me that the manufacturer forgot the extra wig so I knew they would give me a refund before I received the doll or I could wait for them. That being said, they really care about their customers’ happiness.
